RxElite is a rapidly growing specialty generic pharmaceutical company focused on specialty segments: Anesthetic gases, Sterile liquid dose drugs (including respiratory inhalation drugs, ophthalmics, and injectables), and transdermal patches. Although RxElite focuses exclusively on prescription generic drugs, each of our product areas has meaningful barriers to entry through process patents, limited manufacturing capacity, and limited product knowledge.

RxElite has launched 5 products, each reaching 10% or more market share in the first year (according to IMS data). RxElite has been the exclusive supplier for one or more of our products to Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Target, McKesson, Cardinal, and numerous regional pharmacy chains. RxElite is an approved vendor for all 8 major hospital GPO's, and is the exclusive supplier to Consorta for two of our products (Terrell™ isoflurane and Compound 347™ enflurane). The key to RxElite's success is passionately trying to meet each customer's ever changing needs. That has led to our unparalleled track record of 6 years with 100% service levels in the hospital market and 99% service levels in the retail market.

RxElite has an active pipeline of more than ten "hard to make" generic products launching through 2010. The RxElite management team and regional sales managers bring together the experience of successfully launching over 30 brand and generic products in the last 15 years.
